MEASURE S INFORMATIONAL FLYER
Date: September 14, 2016
To: Orange Unified School District Community Members
From: Michael L. Christensen, Superintendent of Schools
As you may be aware, there was an unintentional misprint in the Measure S informational flyer recently mailed to all OUSD residents.
The flyer incorrectly stated:
Measure S is a local school bond that provides $288,000 in locally controlled funds to repair and upgrade OUSD’s four comprehensive high schools, which are 45-64 years old.
The statement should have read:
Measure S is a local school bond that provides $288,000,000 in locally controlled funds to repair and upgrade OUSD’s four comprehensive high schools, which are 45-64 years old.
The statement has been corrected in the attached document.
Please feel free to share this with other community members or on social media.
Thank you.
