State Priority and Priority Goals
Pupil Outcomes
Main Goal: All students will attain mastery or demonstrate academic growth
towards mastery in core content areas.
As students move toward becoming proficient 21st century learners, Orange USD recognizes the need
to move from teacher-directed, whole group instruction to a balanced learner-centered environment that
fosters vibrant engagement, real-life application, and information/communication technologies.
Goal 4: Students will demonstrate increased student achievement in all subject areas:
English Language Arts, Math, Science, Technology, Social Sciences, Visual and
Performing Arts, Physical Education, World Languages and Career Technical
